Simply sending an email to request information about pricing or routine biopsy requests for a vasectomy is enough to elicit a condescending response from the receptionist, who even goes so far as to redirect patients to an AI. This is enough to immediately discourage us from making an appointment. Perhaps the receptionist should indeed be replaced by an AI.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Blaser. He is extremely professional in his approach, explains procedures and treated me as possibly having enough intelligence to understand what he was proposing to do during an operation and after, what he had achieved by the operation. His post operative visits were much appreciated and it was obvious that he was undertaking monitoring of my condition in the days after my operation. His language skills were also appreciated, as his English is perfect. I had, and retain, every confidence in Dr. Blaser. My only regret was in respect of his dietary directions preventing me from being able to consume what appeared to be some very good food from the menu in the Clinique Cecil. The directions given were essential to my recovery, so all is forgiven! As an update, I am very impressed with the expertise of Dr. Blaser in respect of the scar following the operation I had. Quite amazing, no raised tissue at all.
