The day I called to schedule an appointment, the assistant was able to find my patient file in the database immediately.
I was scheduled for a short appointment (due to my symptoms), and the doctor greeted me promptly. I find this extremely pleasant and respectful. I believe that interminable waits are a source of unnecessary stress and a waste of precious time, for everyone, including the doctors themselves. The office functions like a proverbial Swiss watch: efficient.

Dr. Soldati is a very competent, serious, and professionally affable professional. He understands the potential embarrassment and is able to create and understand the character of the patient he is treating. He was very patient and attentive and was able to understand my feelings and my physical problem, which he treated very well and quickly, but without pressure. He is a professional who strives to establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
