I seldom write reviews and almost never a negative ones but i am so disappointed and angry at the situation, that I felt forced to do so this time. I booked lashlifting via a platform Treatwell at the Glam Beauty Studio and payed for it in advance via Treatwell. When I arrived at the studio on my appointment day, i was told that the Studio will now annul my booking on Treatwell, as it takes 35% of the money (as they don't want to lose so much of proocentage), and that I will need to pay one more time for the procedure at the Studio itself. I was promised, that i will get back the money from Treatwell. Not only I didn't get any money 3 weeks later, which means I basically payed double for the procedure, but I payed double for no result, as my lashes didn't change even a bit after the procedure. I feel robed financially and emotionally, plus I spent lot's of time and nerves on texting with the Studio and Treatwell back and forth, trying to get back my money. Really disappointing!

The lady did a great job on my nails. She followed my instructions and gave the nails the way I like them.
