It almost feels like a spa treatment. As soon as you enter the practice, you're greeted with a smile by Dr. Martin Kopietz – it feels like arriving "home." The receptionist also takes care of you warmly and attentively (it's a shame there's no picture or name on the website – it would be a good idea ;) ). In the stylishly furnished waiting lounge, a warm towel is offered for disinfecting your hands, and then you're treated to coffee, water, or whatever your heart desires. I love the flower arrangements, which give the entire practice a natural touch. After a short wait, you're shown to the treatment room (there are several). This room, too, is thoughtfully and brightly designed. I've known Dr. Martin Kopietz for several years now. I've always felt I was in the best hands with him. He approaches his work with a lot of charm, a touch of humor, and great professional competence. He takes ample time to answer questions and carries out treatments precisely, professionally, and skillfully. The end result is consistently impressive. A huge thank you! How could I not have switched to Juvenessenz? The location is fantastic, right on Bahnhofstrasse. From the train station, walk past Globus, then turn right onto Jelmolie, continue one more side street, Confiserie Sprüngli will be in sight, and the entrance is on the right corner. Go to the second floor and you've arrived. Juvenessenz impresses with its well-thought-out concept. It focuses on the body as a whole and keeping it healthy and youthful for as long as possible. Modernity is paramount. The team handles everything digitally. This is environmentally friendly and allows for quick communication. What more could you want?

What a fantastic experience. The clinic is beautiful. Everybody is so kind here. The clinic looks even better in real than on the beautiful pictures. Dr. Thoele made me feel very comfortable before and during the treatment. The results are fantastic. My face looks so much fresher, younger, and I don't look that tired anymore. I was worried that it wouldn't look natural. It's the opposite.

Dr. Thoele and his team are highly competent and the reason I, at 60 years old, have regained my healthy skin and deep sleep. While not outwardly visible, he restored my radiance with Botox and hyaluronic acid, but more importantly, altitude training gave me back my deep sleep. Here, sound medical knowledge is applied to achieve excellent results. Thank you to the entire Yuvenessence team. And hyaluronic acid has visibly restored the radiance of my eyes and skin.
