To say that Dr. Kassem-Trautmann is an excellent doctor does not cover it- there are many good ones. What makes this practice special is the attitude towards the patients. You feel heard and taken care of every step of the way. She has removed a big Lipoma on my forehead this spring that bothered me for years and made me feel good again, she also took care of the admin side of things, which was a huge relief. The results of the surgery are outstanding - you can hardly see that I had it. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Dr Kassem-Trautmann and her team are incredible and her attention to detail made me feel very relaxed about my whole procedure. I feel that she offers a very specialized service from start to finish with 24/7 availability directly to her if you have any questions or concerns. She is a perfectionist which is what you want when dealing with such procedures and she is an artist. Thank you thank you, I am very happy with my results

I was told that Dr. Kassem was very good and if anyone could help me it would be her. I had a tumour on the right side of my right thumb.It was almost at my thumb nail and reached below the first joint. It was basically a wound, which was open and very painful. When I went to Dr. Kassem I was quite prepared for her to remove the top joint of my thumb. I was desperate and the constant pain was driving me crazy. But Dr. Kassem said she would definetly not remove my thumb and she went ahead with a graft by taking some skin from my inner arm. She did a great job and I did not even lose the thumb nail, which I was sure would happen since the tumour was just milimeters from it. So now the thumb is as good as new. Dr. Kassem is a perfectionist and she and her team did everything they could to ensure that the operation was a success. I am really grateful to Dr. Kassem and highly recommend her.
