I had an appointment with Ploon Hellendoorn, she’s probably the best skin therapist I ever went to. She has a great amount of knowledge and explains every procedure very carefully. She’s also very empathetic and patient. Would highly recommend. I can also not recommend Melanie Tobler enough, she’s also exceptionally kind and very professional.

Had a fantastic experience (twice). Personnel is very competent. The pleasant journey starts when you book the appointment, trasparency is a priority, everything is explained with high details before the procedure. Definitely satisfied.

Would love to give this place full stars, as I had a surgery with Dr. Köhler and was pleased with the result, however the customer service experience really brings them down.
The customer liaison staff are very nice until they get your money and then they become rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
I called up a few days before my treatment with a concern, and was rudely told that I 'didnt know what I was talking about', and that I had my opportunity to raise questions to Dr. Köhler during my consultation, and that if I didnt voice it at that time then 'that isn't their problem".
When I expressed unhappiness at how I was being spoken to they told me I could cancel my treatment, but that I'd be liable for payment as per the general terms and conditions 'they know I put my signature to'.
When I said I won't pay if the reason I don't go ahead with treatment is because you have very poor customer service and that makes me nervous, the girl on the phone told me 'then we will make a debt collection on your name'. It was very strange that instead of just being a bit nicer, they already jumped to threats.
They have a girl working in reception/customer service who sounds American (Tiffany perhaps?!) and she is the most discourteous.
She has very little genuine interest in customers and she was by far the rudest and most unfriendly member of staff.
I went ahead with the treatment but when i called a month later, concerned with how I was healing, this girl was again very rude and dismissive. She told me the Dr was 'very busy and you can't just keep bothering him.' She is also in the habit of sighing down the phone in a very audible way as if to demonstrate how bored she is by your query.
Anyway, overall, over 6 months later I am happy with my results. Dr Köhler is a good surgeon and did an excellent job. However, the prevention centre need to hire better staff, who have some understanding of customer service skills. The off-putting service means I would probably not recommend the clinic to any friends, as how a service is delivered is just as important to me as the results.
I have since had other surgical and cosmetic treatments, but I have not had them at The Prevention Centre. The rudeness of staff has sent me scurrying away to a clinic with a better bedside manner!
By all means, use Prevention Centre, but make sure you have a thick-skin and don't mind abrupt and unfriendly service!
