"I had my upper jaw and hip bone implant from my own hip into the lower jaw surgery in March 2023. ( 5-6 hours operation) Dr Jacobsen cut all my upper jaw and all the soft tissues and moved everything forward with 0.6cm. Dr Jacobsen opened a small part on my hip and took a bit of bone from my hip and implanted in my lower jaw to prepare the place for teeth implants.Preparation for the surgery: everything explained in details and doubts clarified. She supported the preparation not only from the surgeon point of view but psychologically as well. During surgery: supportive, focused and very patient and human. There was a tiny complication NOT because of her but because how my body responded to the surgery. Dr Jacobsen firmly analysed the situation and took me back to the operation room to make sure that everything is ok. Dr Jacobsen was very professional not panicking and as patient I was feeling safe in good hands. She opened up the surgery again and checked everything again. Was the right decision she didn’t took the risk of letting everything as it is but she went back and rechecked. Post operation: we were continuously in contact, didn’t left me alone for a second. Dr Jacobsen was responding immediately to all my questions and doubts. The medication plan was clearly explained, no infections happened and I was not suffering because of the medication. Recommendation: this is my experience with Dr Jacobsen and her Team. Of course I was afraid and scared if I should trust this Praxis, but day by day I was building trust with Dr Jacobsen and her Team and after this trust was built we did the operation. I can only recommend her and her Praxis, and if you ask - would I do the operation again with Dr Jacobsen? - I definitely say YES"
