With over ten years of experience in plastic surgery, I have specialised in aesthetic surgery and facial plastic surgery. I am also an expert in non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Born in the Netherlands, after studying medicine in Leiden and completing my experimental master's thesis in plastic surgery in Rotterdam, I initially worked at the clinic for plastic, hand and aesthetic surgery at the Schwarzwald-Baar Klinikum. Since 2018, I have been working mainly in aesthetic surgery, first in renowned institutes such as the Hôpital Paris Saint-Joseph and the Institut du Bodylift, then in the private practice of Dr. med Barbara Veldung in Saarbrücken. After completing the German and European board examinations, I moved to Switzerland with my family and founded the REDEKER AESTHETICS private practice in Cham, Zug.

With over ten years of clinical experience, I specialise in plastic-reconstructive and aesthetic surgery – with a focus on precise, modern, and bespoke treatment concepts. My training and international experience in leading clinics across Europe and South America have shaped my understanding of natural, harmonious results. After completing my medical studies in Genoa and specialist training in Perugia and Milan, I continued my career at the European Institute of Oncology, the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, as well as through international fellowships in Argentina, Brazil, and Switzerland. As an a board-certified specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, I continuously advance my expertise in aesthetic medicine and longevity – with the aim of combining precision, safety, and natural aesthetics in perfect harmony.

With more than fifteen years of clinical experience, I work as a senior consultant in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at an academic teaching hospital, with a particular focus on aesthetic surgery of the head, face, and neck. My training at top tier hospitals, as well as international rotations in Canada, Switzerland, and France, have had a lasting influence on my surgical approach, shaping my commitment to precision, safety, and natural-looking results. After clinical work in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery, I went on to specialise at renowned clinics for plastic and hand surgery. Ongoing professional development in aesthetic medicine further enhances my surgical expertise, enabling me to unite advanced techniques, rigorous medical safety, and bespoke treatment plans at the highest standard.
