For those who don't want to read my entire review, I'll briefly summarize my experience with Dr. Meoli and his team: excellent, perfect, highly recommended! A SOURCE OF HAPPINESS!
I had a breast augmentation, the second of my life. Unfortunately, the first one (not with Diamond Clinik) didn't leave me with fond memories, especially the consultation with a cosmetic doctor who practices in Ticino and what followed (implant removal). At 33, my breasts were ruined. Now I'm 40, and in the meantime, I breastfed two children, which made the situation worse. With a lot of anxiety (derived from past bad experiences), I contacted the Diamond Clinik team (thanks to the recommendation of a dear friend). The kindness and helpfulness evident in the email response immediately reassured me. A month after contacting him by email, I met Dr. Meoli in one of his offices (it's very practical that he offers consultations for both above- and below-the-skin areas). I felt listened to and understood, perhaps the two most important elements when deciding to undergo aesthetic treatments! The doctor explained to me the best options for resolving my stigmatizing aesthetic flaw (over the years, there have been many comments from third parties about my nonexistent chest and scars... I swim, and people have a bad habit of making idle comments!). I appreciated his patience and the fact that he didn't judge me. One aspect that always held me back was the cost. It's undeniable that nowadays, cosmetic surgery is often reserved for a niche group. Some aesthetic doctors themselves state, "It's not vital if you can't afford it, don't do it." Well, that doesn't seem to be the Diamond Clinic's philosophy; on the contrary, I found them understanding in this regard too. I recently had the procedure. The evening before, I received a call from the doctor, who wanted to make sure I was comfortable and ready. The same day, the ladies wrote to me, wishing me well and reiterating their complete availability. The entire clinic staff was extremely kind and helpful. How often do you feel so cared for and even pampered? I still have to heal, but the excellent results are already visible, and I'm confident I'll be treated with professionalism, patience, and dignity. I'm so grateful to Dr. Meoli and his team for giving me this second chance, which has helped to slightly boost my low self-esteem.
I'm speaking to you, who have read this far and need answers, certainty, and a little courage; to you, who want to but don't dare: make an appointment with Dr. Meoli and you won't regret it. I don't regret it; in fact, I'm even having my dark circles removed because I have complete faith in Diamond Clinic! Thank you so much ❤️
I consulted Dr. Spennato at the Medicentro of the St. Anna Clinic in Sorengo to remove a basal cell carcinoma located on my eyelid. Since it is a very delicate and visible area, my doctor referred me to this surgeon, who made an excellent impression on me from the first visit. The surgery was performed expertly and painlessly, and the result was a resolution of the health problem, leaving only a very thin, invisible scar. I thank Dr. Spennato and all his staff for their work and their kindness.

Breast implant illness is real.
I've had implants since 2014, and only then did I start to feel sick. The last few years have been the most difficult; I had many symptoms: chronic fatigue, loss of strength, especially in my arms, exercise intolerance (I couldn't do many things), widespread muscle and joint pain, neuropathic pain in my arms and legs, inflammation-like pain, especially in my fingers, mental confusion, dizziness, dizziness, fibromyalgia, and a positive ANA.
Over the years, I've been on a pilgrimage to doctors, neurologists, and rheumatologists with little success, and I've taken a lot of medications.
Then last year, I met with Dr. Meoli and told him my story.
Without hesitation, he presented me with the diagnosis.
I had the implant removed in February, and now almost two months have passed, and I'm in disbelief at the marked improvement I've seen. The first thing that went away is the chronic fatigue and pain. The only thing left is inflammation at the ends of my hands, but it's tolerable compared to before. I feel so energetic, like I haven't felt in years: the healing is real.
They also performed a mastopexy, an excellent job, no bruising (immediately after surgery), very thin, almost invisible scars, and attention to detail.
After this experience, I would like to thank Dr. Meoli for his commitment and his splendid work. I highly recommend him. He is truly a brilliant, knowledgeable, and highly capable surgeon. We are fortunate to have him in Ticino...
