Professional and detailed service. Melodie is a fabulous hygienist, very thorough and comforting. Loved my clean. Sophie is a caring and friendly receptionist too. I don't like going to the dentist, but this was a pretty good experience! Not adding photos for this one 🤭😁😉

I am writing a review because this dental company is extorting their patients. They ask you to make an appointment way ahead in advance (around 6 months in advance). I know my schedule is crazy so in my case. So I have specifically asked them to ensure that their reminder system works given that I had a prior experience in my past 2 appointments that only 1 worked. So when I was in the clinic, I asked them to send me a reminder. The reminder test worked. So I was confident that they will send me a reminder because I will not be able to make it, I would be cancelling my appointment. What they sent instead is a bill of 80 CHF. I immidiately contested this. I sent an email reply. I have called them to discuss and dispute the matter. I sent an email to them detailing the phone coversation. I have received a second invoice (same amount of 80 CHF). I have called them multiple times but no answer. Fast forward to yesterday, I have received another bill claiming 160 CHF. I will concede this case and charge it to experience. But please learn from me and do not go to this clinic or at least, do not trust their service because they will be unreliable. There are other dental clinics with better services.
