Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Allemann was very disappointing: - No disinfection or makeup removal before Botox injection (!) - Unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist - I booked a Botox treatment for the first time in my life and wanted to have a discussion first with the doctor which cost me 160CHF on top of the treatment (600chf) - for not even 15 minutes conversation. That was not clear to me during the booking process and the receptionnist was clearly annoyed with my mistake.. - Dr Allemann seemed rushed and distracted, giving the impression my appointment was clearly not a priority. - When I try to express concerns at the end, Dr Allemann reacted defensively, mentioned having important calls with New York (so clearly I was bothering her..), and ended up raising her voice in front of her two employees and me, which made me leave before I could calmly share my experience with her..

Amazing clinic and team. Dr Allemann and staff held my hand every step of the way and have been available for all of my 100s of questions. I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Allemann is an artist, and her work is TOP. Thank you Rivr team! ☺️
