Although I got an appointment in Bern faster than elsewhere, I was somewhat shocked by how the treatment went. The doctor made me wait in his office without locking the screen containing sensitive patient data and left his cell phone on the desk. The consultation itself was extremely brief. He only glanced at the affected area of ​​skin and offered no clear explanation. I have a lot of experience with doctors and haven't been this disappointed in a long time. I almost felt guilty for asking questions. When I remembered something else after a few minutes, the doctor became rude and was not only visibly but also audibly annoyed with me. I immediately canceled the follow-up appointment and waited three months for an appointment with a doctor I trust (it was definitely worth it...).

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. My team, Porto/Levandovski, did a fantastic job of allaying my fears about the procedure, and the operation went well. They are both down-to-earth, pragmatic, and have exactly my sense of humor 😉 Keep up the great work!!
