Excellent! Excellent care and support from the very beginning, provided by humorous and friendly staff. A noticeably professional, well-coordinated, and experienced team of nurses and doctors. The general anesthesia and surgery were pleasant and short. These are people who know what they're doing. Thank you very much.

The information in advance looks a bit like a professionally fast synchronised process chain. But in reality it is an extremely caring and empathetically managed operating theatre without waiting times and, more importantly, without the usual surround stress of a large hospital. It felt like everyone was looking solely after me. Felt welcomed und good prepared, I woke up pain-free and was able to decide when I should be picked up. I got up and wandered out - fresh and positive. Thanks to the super team around the surgeon Dr Kess, the anaesthetist Ms Dr Nydecker and the two super friendly and humorous nurses Ms Grunder and Ms Mühlematter. You did a wonderful job for me.
