I had a truly unpleasant experience with this dental clinic. I went there for an aesthetic orthodontic consultation (Invisalign), but from the very beginning, everything felt disorganized and unprofessional. The first dentist I saw — which didn’t inspire much confidence — immediately pushed me to do X-rays, even though I had asked to first meet the orthodontist. When I finally did, she also requested X-rays. Unfortunately, their machine was not working properly, so I ended up being exposed to radiation without any useful result. Later, the orthodontist gave me a prescription to redo the X-ray in another clinic located very far away, even though I had chosen this practice specifically because it’s close to my workplace. After several visits and wasted time, they finally repaired their own machine and I redid the X-ray there — only to then receive an invoice for a “first consultation” that, according to their own leaflet, should have been free for aesthetic treatments such as Invisalign. When I questioned this, the orthodontist became rude and defensive, insisting that the leaflet referred to Botox treatments (which makes no sense in a dental clinic) and accusing me of being “impolite” just because I asked for clarification. She then refused to treat me altogether and never sent the treatment estimates she had promised. To make matters worse, she sent me two follow-up emails in French, even though she knows perfectly well that I am Italian and she is Italian herself. One of these emails claimed that my X-ray showed a possible thyroid issue — which caused unnecessary worry — but further medical tests confirmed that everything was perfectly fine. I strongly advise against going to this clinic. Patients deserve better treatment, honesty, and basic respect.

Best clinic in Geneva! The médical staff are very attentive and professional. I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Abinajim 10 years ago. Since then, my chronic sinusitis has disappeared and my dental health is very stable. I only go back to the clinic for check-ups and teeth cleaning. Highly recommend the clinic! I went in with a few things that I wanted to do to improve my smile. However, I am a student and hence I needed an estimation of the total cost before getting started. Angèle, the treatment coordinator and hygienist, totally understood and gave me a comprehensive plan for everything I could possibly need to do! It truly facilitated planning my treatments. Furthermore, the staff is very professional and warm! Thank you!!
