I’m always happy with the results at B2G, but the scheduling can be a hassle. Appointments often get postponed, which I can live with, but it’s cumbersome. Recently I booked Botox, which was rescheduled by phone. After two more calls we fixed a new date, but when my friend and I arrived we were told the treatment couldn’t be done since it was less than three months since the last session. The medical advice itself was appreciated, but this should have been mentioned on the phone (twice they had the chance). The last treatment was at B2G, so it was visible in their system. I was simply offered another appointment two weeks later. Also worth noting: the “friend discount” doesn’t apply to Botox.

I had a consultation in this clinic, and felt like there was a push towards buying procedures that don’t suit my skin type, and would actually on the contrary harm it. If I wouldn’t have knowledge and very experienced and professional doctors that work with my skin, I would trust the specialist in the clinic and inject nothing good for me, paying lots of money for it. When it comes to meso, botox, there are more professional beauticians in Zurich.
