I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking qualified dermatological treatment.
On October 24, during my appointment, I was prescribed a medication that caused a severe allergic reaction on my face — despite having informed the doctor in advance that my skin is highly sensitive and reactive. After using the prescribed treatment for 4 days, I had to request an emergency appointment because I did not understand what was happening to my skin.
During the follow-up on October 28, I experienced a complete lack of empathy. Several statements made by the doctor were concerning:
- She denied having mentioned the diagnosis during the first appointment, although she referred to it at least twice — once to me and once to the cosmetologist who later sold me care products worth CHF 150 for “preventing the issue from recurring.”
- The initial clear diagnosis remains unclear to me.
- Although the doctor stated that the emergency visit “would cost me nothing,” it still required my time and effort.
- When I asked what steps I should take to improve my condition, I was advised to use a cream I already had at home — the same one she previously told me not to use — and to find another dermatologist as I was clearly dissatisfied.
While the doctor did acknowledge her mistake and apologized, this experience left me with no confidence in the clinic’s professionalism or approach to patient care. I therefore will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic.
--- Dear DKZ Team,
Thank you for your response. I tried to contact your Supervising Medical Staff by phone on October 30 to discuss the matter, but was unable to reach them.
As an emergency measure, I did visit another dermatologist, who confirmed that I had been misdiagnosed and prescribed unnecessary medication that caused a severe allergic reaction. The report will be submitted to my insurance provider.
One more time, I would like to point to the fact that during my follow-up visit with your clinic, the doctor showed little empathy, stating that my allergy “was not that bad” and that she had “seen much worse cases.” She did not acknowledge the initial misdiagnosis, questioned why I was upset since the visit “cost me nothing,” and remained silent for several minutes when I asked for clarification and next treatment steps.
I agree that the doctor–patient relationship, which you mentioned in your reply, was clearly lacking in this case. I would also like to clarify that there were no inappropriate words or behavior during the emergency appointment.
Hopefully, this feedback helps you to improve how similar cases are managed in the future.

I had a skin cancer check up. The service was professional.
Unfortunately, the billing statement contains significant inaccuracies. The interaction with the doctor lasted literally 10 minutes, yet the billing statement covers 35 minutes of the doctor's time. The company ignores correspondence. It's a sad situation.

UPDATE 2025-09-29
A: Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to the e-mail 7th Sep
B: Invoice does not explain 20min of consultation and 15min of treatment, if I was in doctor's room for 10 min
