I'm a patient of Dr. Wagner and I was very dissatisfied. I went there because of the spots on my face. He took me to a room to have a numbing cream applied, and it was completely unprofessional. The chair I was lying on was too high, and the nurse had great difficulty applying the cream. There was also a wall on my side, so she couldn't reach the other side. After that, I went to another room for the laser treatment, where I had to hold the cooling unit myself. Dr. Wagner did the treatment very quickly because his assistant was sick, so he didn't complete it. I also had to wait a very long time. I only asked him to do something about the spots and the sebaceous glands, but he only removed two sebaceous glands in a very perfunctory manner. I didn't like his behavior at all; he wasn't friendly. If your assistant is sick and doesn't come, what can I do about it? I pay you so much money; you should do your job properly, shouldn't you? In short, I cannot recommend it at all and was dissatisfied.

The reception was very friendly, and there was no long wait. My skin was thoroughly examined and a diagnosis was made. Dr. Wagner then explained the treatment to me in detail and even suggested different approaches and creams. He was very friendly, empathetic, and professional. I am very satisfied.
