Despite being a renowned clinic, if not the best in Zurich, I was disappointed to encounter a lack of organisation and accountability. Due to irregular appointments, and in fact no appointment at all in 5 months despite repeated requests, my treatment failed. No solution or support was offered when I asked the management to improve the situation, resulting in me losing 2000 CHF, and now I have to start the treatment all over again somewhere else.

If you want to lose money without ever being helped, here is your place to come. Typically greedy in Swiss fashion but even better: never any solution instead worsening of your chronic skin disease thanks to who knows? Incompetence, lack of experience or plainly greed? Dozens of expensive tests that don’t lead to results, incredibly slow. I have seen pregnant snails with more enthusiasm and then, although medical approval by the insurance company since months, these “doctors” (who play one on tv) can’t or refuse to act. Don’t ever go! Go to a real medical doctor instead. It’s basically legalised, medical fraud.

Very Professional and courteous. The whole procedure was done without any discomfort or pain. Everything was explained very well before and after the surgery.
