I'm pleased to share my experience with Dr. Arnaud Bessard and his team at his dental practice. The practice is truly designed to soothe patients. The decor combines aesthetics and comfort, with carefully selected furnishings, wall tapestries, armchairs, images, and harmonious colors. The final touch is the relaxing music that resonates throughout the space. Even in the waiting room, a large screen displays beautiful images of nature to prepare patients for their dental procedure. When you're in the chair, you can also admire beautiful images on the ceiling. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure patient comfort. This is no coincidence: the dentists who practice there have carefully considered how to welcome and relax their patients, many of whom experience stress at the thought of consulting, myself included. A big thank you for thinking of us, anxious patients, and a special mention to Dr. BESSARD, with whom I had the opportunity to interact. The appointment process takes place in an atmosphere of kindness, efficiency, and professionalism, which already helps reduce stress. On a technical level, a detailed questionnaire about your health must be completed before meeting Dr. BESSARD. You then find yourself facing a kind, courteous, and approachable person: your dentist. Every time he gives you instructions, whether to open or close your mouth, he always accompanies them with "please" and "thank you." He takes the time to explain everything, show you the X-rays, and tell you what needs to be repaired. He listens attentively and answers all your questions with simplicity and kindness. It's only after all these steps that he broaches the subject of a quote, which demonstrates great professionalism. I can't finish without mentioning Dr. BESSARD's excellent assistants, who demonstrate remarkable gentleness, kindness, and professionalism. For my part, after an implant procedure, I experienced very bearable pain for only one day, with very little bleeding. Even the anesthetic applied to my gums before the injection was not painful. The fluidity of the procedure is a testament to Dr. BESSARD's mastery of his craft. His psychological approach, as well as that of his assistant, reflects true humanism and a good understanding of patients. I am delighted to have discovered this practice, Dr. BESSARD, and his team for the first time. Congratulations to them! The nice surprise was that the day after my procedure, his assistant called me to check on me... Incredible, isn't it? It's rare to find a dental practice like this, with such a high-quality dentist and assistants. Thanks again!
