They ignore emails, when they finally answer, it's vague unrespectful (They cancelled my appointment without asking me stating "if we got it right you'd like to cancel, so it's cancelled" though I never asked for cancelling the appointment. When asked what analysis (to at least list what they can do) they could suggest during a visit, they wanted me to come for a visit , where again we'd simply talk and change the medicine once again because they try to guess,l the problem ,without making analysis Do not recommend!

I Loved the care by Jessica. She was always smiling and open. Very enthusiastic about her job. She happily explained to me the difference between other treatments I was interested in. She has a lot of empathy which seems really natural to her personality. She always asked about little things that matter like do I need a blanket whether I am comfortable etc. She also made the effort to have a conversation about my holidays etc. Jessica is my favourite member of staff and I strongly believe she is a gem and great asset for the company. I look forward to continue my medical led treatment with Jessica as well as other beauty treatments that we discussed.
