I had an extremely disappointing experience with this plastic surgeon. I had a scheduled appointment for a cyst removal on my face, but after waiting for over two hours, he informed me that he didn’t have time to perform the procedure that day. He said that maybe, if I was lucky, he would still do it. Eventually, I underwent the cyst removal. When I returned two weeks later to have the stitches removed, I was horrified to find the wound still open as it seemed he didn’t even properly sew the area. I asked for the doctor to see me, as I was terrified about the condition of my face, but despite his assistant sending him photos, I never received a response—even a month after the surgery. My frustration grew as I continue experiencing eye trembling, which persisted for 80% of the time after the surgery. When I finally managed to see him, he claimed it wasn’t his fault for not seeing me earlier post-op, saying that it was my responsibility to book a follow-up appointment for which he never informed me. He dismissed my concerns and said the trembling might be related to a nerve issue, offering physiotherapy as a solution. As for the hole left on my face, he simply said it could have healed better if I came to see him, but again, he failed to mention that I should’ve come back. I had high expectations for my procedure with this plastic surgeon, but unfortunately, I was left with a noticeable hole on my face instead of the aesthetic result I was hoping for. While I do support young professionals, I am very disappointed with this doctor. Despite appearing attentive during consultations, it felt as though the doctor was not fully engaged or focused during the procedure. I cannot recommend him based on my experience. This experience has left me feeling neglected and frustrated.

An absolutely tremendous doctor concerned about all with the wellness of the patient as a whole. It's rare these days to see surgeons and doctors who care about their patients as human beings, but doctor Baudoin is one of them. I highly recommend him!
