110/110! Finally, the office I was looking for! First of all, I'm a total needle-shy person, but here, while I was getting a filling, I didn't even feel the needle go into my gums! The very kind assistant, at my request, allowed me to dab a numbing liquid on my gums before Dr. Moro injected the anesthetic. When Dr. Moro injected the pre-filling anesthesia (for a small cavity that had been perfectly repaired), with the delicacy of a tailor, I didn't even feel the needle! WOW! This is practically the first time in my life that I've been to the dentist for a completely painless appointment. I'm so excited, I've already booked an appointment for my husband, for myself next year, and it will definitely be a reference for my entire family. Thank you to the entire office for your kindness and constant presence. To the reception, the staff, and Dr. Moro, I'd like to thank you for making my fear of going to the dentist go away. Dr. Moro has been my trusted dentist for 10 years now, and I have no intention of looking for another. In fact, even though I live and work in Zurich, if I need a dentist, I return to Ticino. Professional, precise, gentle, and attentive to patient care and the practice, which is always clean and welcoming. I couldn't ask for more!
