A super dedicated team! 👍🏼 We've already taken two of our children to Dr. Lauber for laser tongue-tie surgery. Our daughter received a very loving and age-appropriate explanation. A few days later, they called us to ask how she was doing.

On June 22, 2023, we had our children's upper lip frenula cut. It seems they're turning a minor procedure into a major operation. Instead of simply snipping the frenulum (as is usually done), they cut deep above and behind the frenulum. What should have been a trivial matter became a very painful experience for the children. My wife and I had our frenula cut in the past, and it was a procedure that only took a few minutes and was nowhere near as painful or complicated as what they did. When I called, they told me it varies from person to person and that they perform the procedure depending on the individual situation. Well, I'm not convinced! It seems, and in my opinion, that they simply want to generate as much revenue as possible! A very questionable approach and behavior!
