I received a very friendly welcome from both Dr. Biesgen and Ms. Maier. I received honest and understandable answers to all my numerous questions, which was very important to me as a first-time plastic surgery patient (eyelid lift). The surgery went very well, and the scheduled follow-up appointments ensure I continue to feel well cared for even after the procedure. I also have the option of additional laser treatment to optimize scarring, which I greatly appreciate.
