Mixed feeling about it. I was initially very impressed with the online booking as well as the check for eligibility. However, when the first consultant says there is “no risk” and says many mistakes this, I get very suspicious. Ofc there is risk with every thing, specially with this where a short Google search shows example of it becoming worse after the treatment. Small risks maybe but still risk. Also after the initial the pre-assessment the same consultant with the no risk comment get a bit pushy to upswell the warranty. And couldn’t really give me a reply to why that was needed if there was no risk. Fortunately for me the iPad showing the treatment agreement didn’t work so had to chance to read it at home - and there you see all the disclaimers like “ I am aware that the doctor acts to the best of his knowledge and will, but cannot guarantee success” Again, all fine with risk but be transparent about and not push people to make decisions on the spot. In the end it is a medical intervention to your eyes. So read everything at home before signing anything.
