Dr. Muggenthaler is a genius. My face looked so beautiful and fresh after the treatment that people thought my appearance was due to exercise and diet. I have another treatment scheduled in a few days and I'm really looking forward to it. He's a very communicative person, open to all questions and very honest. He's one of the few who actually knows what he's doing.

First of all, I was asked to go into the overcrowded waiting room (an appointment made three weeks in advance) by an unfriendly, annoyed, and unmotivated employee. After sending me photos with a suggested procedure, they didn't know anything about it, neither from the photos nor from the email; I was totally unprepared. All in all, a disappointment. I could have saved myself the trouble. I wouldn't have come if I'd known how it would go. The consultation was over after a maximum of three minutes.

Top-notch care and treatments every time. I highly recommend this practice. I went there for laser treatments. The team is very friendly, completely relaxed, and always accommodating. The practice is very easy to reach from Basel SBB train station by tram.
