Cancelled treatment after reading other people's bad experiences and watching SRF and Kassensturz videos. I didn't even set an appointment when I changed my mind, but they had the courage to ask for the FULL payment of almost 5.000 CHF sending the debt collectors on the hunt, which I'm still dealing with. Disgusting behavior, this is not the Switzerland I love.

I was disappointed with the fact that Hair & Skin website posted availability for a single face micro needling treatment but in reality after consultation in Zug, I am only offered a min of 4 treatments. Not only information has been misleading, but the fact that we have wasted everyone's time. As it will be my first time doing it, I'm extremely hesitant to buy a 4 package. After discussion with the Zug team about the misleading information, the only response I got was "it is what it is, we are told this is the only option"
