I went to Heike for a hair transplant in November 2023. I was and am very satisfied with everything she did. She transplanted approximately 2,300 grafts to the front of my head and administered four PRP injections to accelerate growth after the transplant. Initial phase: Heike took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions in detail. She showed me pictures of similar clients and their results and options. This convinced me. Her approach is very positive, so it's very pleasant. She listens and gives clear answers. Transplant phase: I was nervous, but her calm demeanor naturally put me at ease. The day was long, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., until I left the clinic. During that time, I was able to eat something, and the rest of the time I just listened to the radio, chatted a bit, but mostly dozed a lot and almost slept. I wasn't in pain. Everything was bearable. Healing phase: I got through the healing phase well according to your instructions. Thanks for the WhatsApp chat. This allowed me to always ask questions and take photos. She reacts very quickly and helps. During the healing phase, I had several small pimples/inflammations on the transplanted areas, which is normal. But I was able to get them treated very quickly. Excellent. I was very happy about that. Result phase: After about 4.5 months, I stopped shaving my head and let all my hair grow. To my surprise, after about 6 months, I actually had a really great, beautiful result, which from the outside was barely noticeable. I received many compliments. I adjusted my haircut slightly. After that, every subsequent month was simply fantastic, and my hair really did have even more volume and length. I can highly recommend Heike! I'll probably go back next year to fill out certain areas in the middle of my head towards the back.

RPA was enough for me to achieve a visible effect! Excellent, and I can highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to resort to a hair transplant right away.

Heike has made an awesome job with my surgery. First of all, the surgery took more than 10 hours, and she was patiently working all this time thoroughly taking care of every single graft, which was shoking to me. The surgery was totally painless to the exception of the painkiller shots, I was even able to sleep for a while. And the most important - the result is better than I expected, and it’s just 9 months passed. I am very satisfied with the result, and I can recommend Heike as an outstanding professional.
