As a woman you don't feel comfortable in this restaurant, the waiters look at you and it bothers me and I don't feel comfortable.

I received very good care from the very beginning. I had been scared, had concerns, and above all, had a lot of respect for the operation, as it was my first. But my worries were quickly put to rest by the good advice I received and the fact that I could come in at any time with any questions I had and received quick, professional, and encouraging answers every time. This made me feel safe and not alone, and gave me the confidence I needed to embark on this journey. My stay in Turkey was also made as easy as possible for me. We received a warm welcome at the airport and had a great hotel at a good price, which Hera had recommended to us. The view from my room was beautiful: sea views and all of Istanbul. The food was also very good! Since I spent most of my time in the hotel, this was very important to me. Hera accompanied me from start to finish during my operation, for which I am very grateful. From the preliminary consultation with the doctor and the conversation with the anesthesiologist, blood tests, and filling out the forms, everything was explained to me and translated, every step up to the operation. At the clinic, I had my own room with a bathroom, and the staff were very friendly. Someone always came straight away when I needed help, and everyone was very helpful and patient with me. While not all of the staff spoke English, the others tried to communicate with me using gestures. The next day, the doctor came straight into my room and checked me again. I was picked up shortly afterward, and on the way back to the hotel, they brought me all my medication and some scar ointment, which I had asked for because it's cheaper here in Turkey. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Hera and can only recommend it!
