I had a shockingly bad experience at Hideout Salon and will never return. I was a few minutes late because a work meeting ran over, and instead of any understanding, I was rudely told I could not have the manicure and pedicure I had booked and already paid for , despite there still being 90 minutes left in the appointment slot. The tone was unnecessarily disrespectful, and the customer service was some of the worst I’ve encountered. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
