I have been a patient at the Bern Implant Center with Dr. Jürgen Weber Branca and his team for almost 20 years, and I feel completely at home here. Throughout my multiple implants and previous treatments, I have always felt that I was receiving the best possible care. ZERO STARS I would like to complain about the doctor's behavior in this letter. I was recently sitting in the waiting room and overheard the doctor loudly reprimanding a colleague. He was really shouting at her, so loudly that it could be heard all the way out in the waiting room. Shortly afterward, the employee came out of the room crying and said she no longer wanted to work at that practice. As far as I could see, she actually left the job. This isn't the first time I've noticed something like this. I've been to this dentist several times, and each time I've noticed that he's very rude and disrespectful to his employees. Even during the treatment, he yelled at one of his employees, which created a very unpleasant and unprofessional situation for me. I think a dentist who treats his staff like that has little respect for his patients. I've therefore decided not to go to that dentist anymore. I feel sorry for the staff, especially the trainees, who have to endure this.
