Dr. Haselbach is an excellent doctor and surgeon. From the first consultation, he informed me about all my choices and very patiently explained all that would be involved regarding the anatomy of the surgery. He answered all my questions in great detail and addressed all of my concerns accordingly. This was different to the experience I had in other clinics in the Geneve region. As a young patient, he greatly reassured me and my family regarding the surgery and the natural result that I wanted to achieve. His experience and medical expertise was very crucial in my decision to chose him as my surgeon. I took some time and a couple of appointments to decide on the surgery and at no point did I feel rushed by the doctor to book the date of my procedure nor was I charged for every follow up appointments after paying the initial consultation fee. Booking the procedure and the pre-operative appointment was a smooth process. The surgery done at Clinique de Genolier went perfectly, the level of care and service I received by the doctor, nurses and anaesthesiologist there was impeccable. Post-operative care from Dr. Haselbach has been excellent. I have been able to easily book post-operative appointments and follow-ups when needed if I had any concerns about my healing process/scarring. Dr. Haselbach is also very quick in responding to any questions or concerns I have had over the last few months. This includes answering questions during the weekends. I would definitely recommend Dr. Haselbach and the team at Leman Aesthetic Clinic for their friendliness, professionalism, care and great results!
