Très bon accueil d'Isabelle à la réception! Mon mari fait ici à Lausanne la suite de traitement, après avoir fait les implants capillaires à Medicapilar Expo Lisbonne. Tout c'est très bien passé, mon mari est très content ! La prise en charge et le suivi par téléphone messages, photos, vidéo est rassurante . Nous ne pouvons que recommander MEDICAPILAIRE Lausanne et Lisbonne.

They subsequently contacted me to schedule another one, but I politely declined as I no longer wished to continue. However, for over 5 months now, they have continued to call me almost every week despite my repeated refusals. Each time, I block their numbers, but they call back from other numbers. Worse still, they rescheduled an appointment without my consent and sent me a confirmation text message. When I called to cancel, the person in charge spoke to me in a very rude manner, telling me I would have to pay 150 CHF if I canceled, which is completely unacceptable. Since April, I've been constantly harassed by phone. Even after several warnings, they continue to call. Honestly, I strongly advise against this clinic. Avoid them at all costs!

I would like to share my brief experience with this clinic. I wanted to have my hair assessed in Zurich. I confirmed the appointment two days in advance, and the day before, they called me to ask if I would show up. The same day, 30 minutes before, they called me back to confirm my presence. I arrived at the appointment, scheduled for 10:15 a.m., and waited until 10:40 a.m. Ms. Lucília Gomes then came to tell me that there was still a delay and that I could wait another 20 minutes until 11:00 a.m. I refused, as I had already waited 30 minutes and another appointment was scheduled. Ms. Gomes told me to come at the end of my appointment and assured me that I would be well taken care of! I went back, texted her that I was there, she told me she'd be there in two minutes, and after another 40 minutes of waiting, no one came. I left. In short: how can the clinic expect you to trust them with your hair? They lie to you during an appointment and make you wait so long? Everyone should know this, but this shows me that I can't trust this clinic under any circumstances. I think it's a lack of competence and a waste of time.
