Unfortunately, I can't say I had a good experience at this clinic. I had my first session about two months ago. I knew that laser treatment is very painful, and I was warned about that. During the initial consultation, there weren't really any unanswered questions. However, a few things led me to find a different laser studio. First, the laser was very likely set too high. At my new laser studio, which has been in business for over 12 years, they treated me with the same laser. There, the laser was set to 0.8 on the scale, while here it was at 2.5! The treated skin shows increased lightening, which may not recover. Furthermore, my tattoo was only treated in certain areas, and I wasn't given an explanation as to why, especially since the next client was already waiting outside after my session. The way they handled the laser also made me feel uneasy. The fact that they don't have any before-and-after pictures of previously treated tattoos doesn't help matters. All in all, I can't recommend getting treatment here. Find a studio with years of experience, ideally one with before-and-after photos so you have a reference point for what's possible and what the results could look like. It's better to pay more than to damage your beautiful skin!

Hello everyone. Neopraxis uses our picosecond laser system, the SmartPico. Regarding Frimi's review, I have the following to say: Laser settings depend on many factors. However, the described power level is within the normal range, depending on skin pigmentation and the tattoo's pigment color. After a brief search, I also discovered that the other location doesn't use the same picosecond laser as Neo Praxis. You can't directly compare different lasers, as the various wavelengths require different energy densities to achieve the desired effect. Regarding pain, the first few treatments are always a bit more painful because the pigment density is highest at that time. Irfan is a very conscientious practitioner and takes excellent care of his clients. I would trust him completely and wish him continued success.
