What an experience, just great! I really enjoy the great service (speak English, take jacket, offer drink, etc.). Elena and her team know what they are doing and are very professional. They explain very precisely the steps and why certain skin problems can arise. I have now finished the second treatment of peeling and dermastamp and I am very satisfied. Already during the first treatment I noticed a big improvement, but even more after the second! Very satisfied with the price-performance ratio

I would like to share my disappointment with Papillon de Beauté Institut! I have melasma for several years, and every Winter I go for facial peelings to improve my dark spots. This Winter on November 14, I started my treatment with Cosmelan at Papillon Institute. I asked esthetician all questions concerning the Cosmelan procedure, and the fact that I’m dark skinned and if it was efficient and safe to improve my skin tone and melasma spots. The esthetician assure me that it was safe and would take six months for me to see an improvement on my melasma spots. The treatment is very pricey it cost 1300CHF for one facial peeling that I had to keep it for 10hours, plus home care creams, and Cosmelan 2 for 290CHF. As of today, I still have my melasma dark spots and acne spots still here, and also the quality of skin has not changed on the contrary I had experienced clogged pores. I followed all the steps recommended by the esthetician and I see no improvements on my skin. I do not recommend the Cosmelan treatment offered by this insttiute. I was lead on to keep the treatment only using Cosmelan for several months, and not allowed to use any other products. I spent nearly 2000CHF. I just like to make sure a person who might be considering going under the Cosmelan treatment think twice because It did not work for me. It is a totally waist of money, time, and a lots of disappointment.I am still using the product and the sunblock, even indoors, and hat.. it has been nearly 7 months and I still have melasma. I hope this review will help and prevent someone to go through all the time money waisted at this institute. I totally do not recommend this place.
