I had a microneedling treatment done by Dr. Penna. The treatment itself took about 5 minutes. I'm shocked, as I've always had medical microneedling done by a doctor in central Switzerland and am familiar with the procedure. I paid Dr. Penna 500 euros for this. I immediately communicated my dissatisfaction and was allowed to have another treatment free of charge. This time, he set the needles deeper, but was still finished in about 5 minutes. My skin was red for a day. This wasn't the case with other doctors, who needled for longer and more precisely, spending at least 30 minutes. Dr. Penna did everything so quickly; during the treatment, I constantly had the feeling that he just wanted to be done and didn't enjoy the work. A very disappointing experience and a waste of money—a lot of money for me with two small babies. Update: Mr. Penna refunded me 333.33 euros. Thank you very much for that.
