I went to this clinic twice. The first time I was treated properly, but the second time they apparently lost their desire to do the work. I paid 200 francs for a facial mesotherapie. The treatment was performed without even cleansing my face, and shortly after the anesthetic, they applied a product whose contents I still don't know what. The treatment lasted less than 5 minutes, and the liquid was said to be less than 1 cc—a complete fraud. When I complained, the first thing they told me was that they wouldn't refund my money and that as a gesture of goodwill, they would give me 20% off another treatment. Obviously, I won't return to a place that left me with so many doubts and where they believe they can easily deceive customers. There are many good aesthetic clinics in St. Gallen that take their clients more seriously. I went straight to Beauty to Go, and they correctly performed the treatment I paid for.

The Prevention Center St. Gallen combines competence and friendliness. Dr. Targosinski treated me very kindly and competently. He provides extremely thorough information and takes the time to answer all questions. I am very satisfied with the surgery and the result. I highly recommend him!
