I had a huge brown spot on the side of my eye which was bothering me for many years. I did laser treatment here for 3 times and now it’s all done. I couldn’t be happier! The doctor was very nice, friendly and careful. And she advised against any unnecessary new treatments after the 3 times.

I went here once for cheek fillers. I booked my second appointment but on the day of the appointment I had an emergency at work and I called in the morning (the consultation was at 5.30 pm) to postpone it. They refused to cancel my appointment and told me that they will charge me 100 CHF if I don’t show up to the appointment. Then they asked me if I still want to set the next consultation after they charged me????? Like are you serious? Mind you, this was only possible because they had my data from the past appointment, therefore they are penalizing their loyal customers. Very bad service from a high end clinic who begs pocket money from their loyal customers. Although I called like 10 hours before - so it was not a no-show - they still charged me. Would not advise anyone to go here, there are other better clinics in Zurich.
