No response to customers makes me wonder if she can really provide quick support if something goes wrong with her work. Furthermore, her booking page isn't working. It's a shame, because her work looks good on Instagram, but unfortunately, this is too unprofessional for me.

Disastrous customer service. You get no response, and if you do, it takes 1-2 weeks. I had an appointment and was met with a locked door. At my next appointment, there wasn't even an apology. Furthermore, far too much filler was injected into my lips, resulting in lip migration and, on top of that, lumpy lips.
