A huge thank you to the entire clinic team! The welcome was simply perfect: warm, professional, and reassuring from the very first moment. The doctor, as well as Gina, were incredibly attentive and provided me with excellent advice. I received a clear and precise quote before my first sessions, which I truly appreciated. I had three sessions, all of which went wonderfully. The results on my skin are simply incredible, exceeding my expectations. The team is fantastic, caring, and highly competent. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

My first treatment at Vitacosmic went very well: 1500 CHF for 1 ml of hyaluronic acid for the lips and 1 ml for the cheekbones—great, I was very happy with it. The staff was kind and welcoming. Although I don't see why it's necessary to have the facility manager present as a medical representative since she's not in the medical field. Anyway. If medical confidentiality was guaranteed, that would have been something. Apparently not. However, during my second appointment, the experience was disastrous: a "full face Botox" treatment costing 2400 CHF, a complete disaster, leaving my face distorted and my smile asymmetrical. I would like to remind you that Swiss law prohibits this: according to the OIP (articles 3 and 4), the price must be clearly stated before the treatment is performed, not after. This was not respected in my case. Following this error, I refused any further injections or touch-ups. I was even worried about the corrective treatment and had to consult other doctors to obtain a reliable professional opinion. I refused any further injections at this establishment. Fortunately, the effect faded after about five months… with asymmetries and difficulty swallowing. I would add that, in my opinion, professional confidentiality was absolutely not respected, given the comments made, even in this response. Some of the remarks made were inappropriate and out of line, particularly regarding cancellations related to my private life. I have all the evidence: files, documents, and videos that I had to provide following my concerns. In my view, the clientele is clearly not a priority, as my mistake was very poorly handled. And I remind you that I only learned the price after the procedure: a full face Botox treatment of $2400. I have all the necessary written proof. Dishonesty never pays: sooner or later, everything comes to light. A true professional takes responsibility for their mistakes and corrects them, instead of trying to shift the blame onto someone else. This speaks volumes about how they handle problems that may arise. I should add that the doctor took the time to reply to me and take responsibility, while Gina was yelling at me to remove an Instagram comment because I was afraid of the frozen effect and the side effects. Apparently, image matters more than people. Beware of professional and medical confidentiality, because at the slightest problem, it becomes public knowledge.
