First time at Wax in the City, and the experience was spot on. My aesthetician was super kind, professional, and worked confidently and fast. I've only had sugaring before and didn't know what to expect from waxing, but I was pleasantly suprised. It was faster and less painful. A warm recommendation for Wax in the City!

Unfortunately, the experience wasn't good. The lady at the reception was very friendly, but I didn't feel comfortable during the waxing. The temperature was too hot (which I did say), and the treatment was rather rough and impatient. I left the salon with more hair loss than I would have liked (my wishes regarding the style weren't taken into account), bruises (!!), and wax residue, which I had to remove myself at home in an unpleasant way. The work wasn't even done cleanly. In some places, too much hair came out, and in others, there was still stubble. I definitely won't go there again, and I don't recommend it; sorry.

Wax in the City Base is amazing! I had the best waxing experience. Clean space, friendly staff, and barely any pain. The esthetician was super gentle and made me feel totally comfortable. My skin was smooth and irritation-free afterward. Booking was easy too. Definitely my new go-to spot!
