My first root canal. Since my dentist couldn't find the canal, I had to go to Bern to see Dr. Hänni (but it wasn't him who saw me, but a very nice gentleman who spoke standard German. "I was so scared I couldn't remember his name"). All painless. Now, a day later, still pain-free. So I rarely say "I'd gladly go back" to a dentist.

Do not enter this practice under any circumstances! Of course, every dentist is trained to perform root canal treatments. Why they deny their basic expertise and refer patients to a completely unnecessary specialist friend has to do with dubious financial incentives. Stefan Hänni's scam practice is a perfectly oiled money-making machine. Patients are expected to pay exorbitant prices for inflated services, all wrapped up in exquisite friendliness. His work on the unwanted second, temporary filling took 20 minutes. The bill was CHF 900. Whoever invented this worst kind of rip-off is a financial genius. Patients should not continue to be unknowingly ripped off like a chicken.

A huge thank you to Dr. Hänni and his team! I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The practice is modern, bright, and equipped with the latest technology – but even more importantly: Dr. Hänni truly takes his time, explains everything calmly, and sensitively addresses individual needs. I have a severe phobia of needles, but thanks to his calm and understanding manner, I was able to completely relax during the root canal treatment. Everything was handled with absolute professionalism and was painless. I have rarely experienced such competence, empathy, and patience. I am very grateful and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hänni!
