I recently visited Dr. Bonsall after I chipped my tooth. His friendly staff scheduled an appointment for me right away. The entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Bonsall repaired my tooth quickly and with no pain. Now it looks as good as new. I am always grateful for the skilled, friendly and professional care.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Bonsall for a comprehensive dental check-up, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel better. Dr. Bonsall took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood what to expect during my visit. His thorough approach to my dental health was evident, as he conducted a detailed examination and provided valuable insights into maintaining my oral hygiene. What impressed me the most was Dr. Bonsall's honesty and transparency. He discussed my treatment options without any pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with the decisions we made together. I have been a patient since 2016. I highly recommend Dr. Bonsall and his team (notably Mimi, an experienced hygienist). Over these years, I have been particularly impressed by the following: 1) Excellent quality of the care, and stellar advice in developing a long-term strategy for managing certain gum and teeth issues. 2) Feeling of trust I have developed over seven years. Dr. Bonsall has taken a pragmatic, conservative approach in advising certain procedures. Never have I felt any pressure to undertake expensive procedures which may not yet be necessary. 3) Transparent price list. A QR code is located in several areas of the practice. You can scan this code, or simply ask about prices at the reception. 4) Location: The practice is located on a beautiful historic street in St. Alban, lined with cute boutique shops. After your appointment, I recommend that you enjoy the architecture and window shopping. Thanks again to Dr. Bonsall and his team. Please keep up the good work!
