Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. They charged for services that weren't actually provided, or for which additional charges appeared on the invoice. Fortunately, I'm somewhat familiar with billing items and was able to identify this. As a patient, you should take a close look at these details and not simply rely on the invoice. Very disappointing!
Ladies and Gentlemen
If we have to go to the ZIKO, then none of us probably has any idea or concept of who or what the hell the ZIKO is. Be careful: We don't have to do anything! But when we understand that we are allowed to go to the ZIKO (I repeat: allowed), the whole thing suddenly takes on a completely different and, above all, very reassuring perspective! Even if we don't like going because we probably have a major problem with our teeth, we can let them rot; it's our decision. If we want good, healthy teeth, good, functioning teeth, then there's nothing better than the ZIKO. I had two really problematic cases. Both teeth had to come out, implants, and a crown. If you want a gap in your upper right front teeth for the rest of your life and never be able to smile properly again, well, then. If you're willing to take on both (it's a bit like having children) painful at first, but then you'll shine like the sun of St. Moritz! Go there, endure this and that, you'll keep your head, believe me. But you will be very, very grateful. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Voegelin, a highly competent specialist, like all the others at ZIKO. I wanted to be sure, so I asked him: "How many implants have you placed so far? And then: Which screw do you use? And again: What about the warranty?" I had him completely wrong (I thought). He said... well, how many, I don't even know... I was "not amused." Then he said... "I think around 150 implants a year." And now it's your turn, dear reader! Name me one who places 150 implants a year, successfully performs the most difficult operations, etc. Be lucky if you even get an appointment! Waiting time of up to six months! He is equipped with state-of-the-art computers, but the essentials are stored in his brain, and he knows at any time, based on his experience, what needs to be done. It was a stroke of luck for me to have his lively assistant, Pia Berger, by my side. Anyone undergoing surgery is grateful to have that fairy sitting next to them, maybe holding their hand, supporting their head, and whispering in their ear: "Relax, everything will be fine, you'll soon have it done." Then you'll be grateful for the rest of your life, and for people like that, you'd walk through the desert with a bucket of sand! You couldn't ask for more! Off to ZIKO!

I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Janner and his assistant. Even the pleasant handshake put me at ease. I'm lying in the chair because of an abscess on my lower right wisdom tooth. Every step of the procedure was explained to me.
Great, I feel I'm in good hands. I left the practice with a smile and am very happy. Jürg Frei from Köniz
