first and last time there ! i went in for emergency after 19H wich is nice to have dentist that can take you late . but what a surprise , just before extracting the teeth he ask to get payed , i find that odd but go to the front office and give a card to pay , there system dont take any of my cards , maestro and mastercard . the procedure is priced by the dentists at 380 chf .. based on what , then he argue with me to live something in gage before starting the procedure , i then expalin to him that i live 2 blocks from his cabinet and ill pass to pay tomorow if his terminal work or after going to the bank .... he said that if i dont live anything he wont start the procedure ... at that point he also argue that the price should normaly be 1000 ... !!!! 1000 for the extraction and the Xray blah blah blahh , i never asked for a discount i was in pain and needed medical attention ... at that point i left due to the attitude of the dentist and the fact that i didnt trust him no more .. first time i have someone asking me to pay before hand . its like paying before eating at a restaurant !! inadmissible !

Last summer when visiting Switzerland, I suffered an acute infection of two teeth at the same time. It started late in the evening and I spent a night in excruciating pain. No painkillers had any effect to even mitigate the pain slightly. After that long night, the next morning I texted Dr Zaher's dental surgery to ask for an emergency appointment and explained my situation. They responded within minutes with the first appointment of the day. Dr Zaher and his staff were absolutely brilliant! They rid me of the pain, and treated my extensive infection together with my troubled teeth. I haven't had any trouble with them since. I felt very comfortable in Dr Zaher's care and trusted him with all the treatment he proposed. He and his assistant provided me with excellent care. I will definitely return to his dental clinic. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
