Such a great experience today. I came in for a facial and was blown away by how relaxing it was. My skin feels super soft and hydrated now. I’m definitely booking another one soon!

I paid 145 CHF for eyebrow shaping, tint, color, and lifting today, and the result was extremely disappointing. First, she didn't shape my eyebrows; she directly colored and lifted them. She only tinted 2-3 hairs after coloring and didn't know how to use a thread for removal nor measuring or really shaping at all … so my eyebrows looked worse when I left the clinic. I asked her to use thread, but she said only one person in the clinic knows how to do it properly, and that person was not there. Is this "eye designer"? How can you open a shop and assign unqualified people? My eye brows shaped now differently as she tinted wrong hairs one of them is kind of circle another is disaster. 145 CHF is a lot of money. I believed the google comments but so disappointed.Many people have to work 6-7 hours to earn this amount in Geneva. I kindly ask for my money back. I tried to contact you, but no one has answered my calls since this morning. Please contact me as soon as possible. —- To whom it may concern, First of all, I didn't treat anyone badly. I said thank you but I am not happy with the situation. I guess your learning technique is not correct, and she accepted this, Olena. We didn't finish our session badly or in discussion at all. I left the Clinique calmly . Secondly, they are my own eyebrows. Please see the attached photos; in your own clinic, you can perfectly recognize it from the wall. What a nice experience! It must be difficult one point to type those kind random and unfounded accusations to protect your brand. I am so sad against your attitude and client service . Apparently, I need to apply for my own rights. Thank you.
