They offer PRP, however they inject only plasma without adding the platelets. Therefore the treatment is not effective but less costly for them and of course it is not PRP. During hair transplation, the person was touching unsterile surfaces and i had to tell him to change. During part of the procedure he was talking on the phone. Although I tried several times to discuss the issues nobody cared about the outcome. In general, although the personnel is very welcome, they offered treatment that they do not do appropriately.

Very good service! Everybody is friendly and welcoming! I came a little late, but they still accepted my appointment which was very flexible and nice from their side! High technology service with professional hair scanning machine. Very realistic assessment of hair loss level and for free! They won’t take your money if you don’t need actual treatment
