Unfortunately I bought a product from skinsceupticals and showed to them that there was a problem, even mentioned by skinsceupticals experts as not safe to consume, and they said it was normal. They didn’t propose any other solution and still said to me I could use it.

Great place with very professional people working at this place and evidence-based treatments. I can only recommed it!. I really appreciate the fact that Covid protocols are seriosly considered (mask, covid pass, deinfection measures, etc) to protect EVERYBODY!. Thanks for taking care of your patients and for your solidarity with the rest of the humanity.

Overall, a reputable center, but I regret a recent lack of coordination. I contacted the center for treatment related to a personal issue, with prior approval from my Swiss health insurance (LAMal). Although I was invited by email to schedule an initial 30-minute appointment, this was refused by phone due to the technical transition to the TARMERC system. This is unfortunate because, despite the center's apparent quality, I find myself stuck without any visibility, even though my case is medically urgent and administratively ready. I would have appreciated it if the email invitation had been honored to discuss solutions, rather than being faced with a technical dead end after being asked to call.
