I've been going for laser hair removal here and I'm really happy with the results so far, especially with their new machine! A big thank you to Sozdan for always taking such good care of me — she's professional, kind, and really makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the sessions. Highly recommend!

Mediocre. The employees at Venus Beauty in general don't seem to be paid enough as the laser work is rather poor and rushed. I've had my skin burned and hurt my eyes more than once. Employees don't stay long. It's a revolving door of employees coming and going, honestly! The tech is NOT state of the art, they use old Laser devices. Unfortunately, the head office rarely schedules enough time for the laser appointments. As a customer I don't feel well treated or like they're careful with my skin. I can only speak for the employees I had contact with. I'll use up the rest of my subscription and find another place where customers are treated professionally and competently.

Great store and amazingly nice lady. Offered delicious rolls after an event and I have rarely been able to eat something so delicious. I can only recommend it if you like to be treated nicely! :)
