After 15 years of waiting, I finally decided to have otoplasty, entrusting myself to Dr. Fallscheer on the recommendation of someone who had already seen him. I can only say I was very happy: even though I was a little anxious about the procedure, the entire team immediately made me feel at ease. One week after the operation, I'm already very satisfied with the result, which is clearly visible. I absolutely recommend Dr. Fallscheer!

Dr. Fallscheer is an exceptional surgeon, knowing when to step back! This, more than anything, made me feel safe and in good hands when I met him for a second opinion after three surgeries to remove a basilioma in the middle of my face. I was traumatized, the wound wasn't at all pretty to look at, and the previous surgeons wanted to immediately proceed with further reconstruction, which didn't sound right to me. Dr. Fallscheer's approach deeply impressed me, and I can't express how grateful I am now, several months later, for the magnificent results I've achieved so far. Yes, reconstructive cosmetic surgery will still be necessary, but that's perfectly fine. I'm deeply grateful to professionals like this plastic surgeon and the doctor he referred me to, another extraordinary person, Dr. Giovanna Elia, a wound care specialist, an incredible human being and medical professional, to whom I extend my deepest gratitude. Both embody what makes a great doctor: a professional who is there for you, offering the space needed to assist you in the healing process in the best way for the patient, in order to achieve the optimal final outcome, which, I am certain, will be achieved thanks to their approach, their knowledge, their empathy, and their commitment. It takes time... a multi-layered process for true healing to occur... a collaborative process between the patient and the medical professionals involved. I felt respected in my needs and in my approach to healing, supported and helped by both of them to achieve this goal in ways that profoundly changed me. I was able to rediscover trust and confidence in the medical profession, which I had deeply traumatized due to experiences in my youth: healing as a 360° process that allowed me to heal wounds far beyond those visible today on my face in ways that felt and saw as the ultimate goal, even though I could not know how it would all manifest. Trusting them, I would like to express my gratitude here and now with a thank you, thank you, thank you! There's still a long way to go before my beautiful face is fully healed and restored thanks to Dr. Fallscheer's surgical skill and Dr. Elia's wound care expertise... I've been working with Dr. Fallscheer for several years and have always been very satisfied. He's extremely professional, serious, attentive, and competent. The results of his procedures are always harmonious and natural: they improve the appearance without distorting the face, simply enhancing the features. I highly recommend him.
